All our rooms can be booked with refreshments and catering to suit your specific needs. However, to make it easier for you to decide, we have the following delegate packages available:

Standard daily delegate rate £38* (minimum 8 people)

Includes:

• Tea, coffee and pastries on arrival
• Morning coffee, tea, juice, water and biscuits
• Two course lunch
• Afternoon tea and coffee, cakes and biscuits
• Hire of the room
• Use of all equipment (excluding projector**) 

Deluxe daily delegate rate £48* (minimum 8 people)

Includes:

• Tea, coffee and bacon or scrambled egg and smoked salmon sandwiches on arrival
• Morning coffee, tea, juice, water and biscuits
• Two course lunch
• Afternoon tea and coffee with homemade cakes and biscuits
• Hire of the room
• Use of all equipment (excluding projector**)

*All prices subject to VAT.
**An additional  charge of £30* per day applies.
