Accommodation

Bookings

A provisional booking will be held for seven days.

Any room reservation cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date will be charged for at the full room rate, unless the accommodation is re-let to another guest.

If cancelled within five days of arrival date, no refund of the deposit is eligible.

Children and Pets

Children are welcome. However baby alarms and travel cots are not provided.

We are sorry we are unable to accept any pets, as we have a dog and three cats.

Smoking

We are a smokefree guest house. Smoking is not allowed in any of the guest house buildings or grounds. Guests wishing to smoke are requested to use a small dedicated area outside The Barn House.

Meetings, Conferences or Training

Bookings

The final numbers attending a conference or event must be notified at least five working days prior to the event. Any reduction in numbers after this time will be charged in full.

The final number of bedrooms required must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event.

If a confirmed booking is cancelled within 14 days of the event, the business will be evaluated and a cancellation charge of at least 25% of the total anticipated revenue will be payable. If a confirmed booking is cancelled within seven days of the event, an invoice for 50% of the lost revenue will be payable.
